Mr. Hillius - Band and Chorus

Get A Head Start For Next Year!!!

Buy the second book this summer and practice!!!

WELCOME:
This has been an exciting year for me.  I have been working as the band instructor for 4 schools in the district.  This has been a challenge to take care of this many schools. However, the part that I have enjoyed has been the chance to work with the best students at all of these schools.

I will be sending out a letter to the students when they come back from the summer break with a list of expectations.  I will also post it on this page as well.

Our main goal for this past year was just to keep the band program in place at our school district. We also wanted to let everyone know that we still had a band department. The main purpose of the fall concert was to show you where we were at and what we needed to do for the rest of the year.

We did put on 14 different performances for our district this past year. At the end of the year we put on a couple of spring concerts. This was to show you the growth that the students have made since the fall of this year.

I would like to thank all of the parents and the support that they have given to make this year work out.

Thank you,

Mr. Joel Hillius
